Saturday Camerata

This concert bridges the gap between the School’s extraordinary chamber music programme and the grandeur of our larger symphonic and choral performances. The concert includes two Baroque pieces: Telemann’s Viola Concerto and a revisit of our Lenten performance of Scarlatti’s Stabat Mater for ten voices, and two Romantic pieces: Doppler’s Hungarian Pastoral Fantasy for solo flute and Wagner’s ravishing Siegfried Idyll.
